Troubleshooting

Use these checks when a portfolio change does not look right or a public page is not behaving as expected.

Portfolio is not visible

  • Confirm the portfolio is published.
  • Check that the account email is verified if publishing is blocked.
  • Republish after changing portfolio, gallery, or photo settings.
  • If using a custom domain, test the username.iso100.photos URL to separate publishing issues from DNS issues.

Custom domain is not active

  • Confirm the hostname is a subdomain such as www.example.com or portfolio.example.com.
  • Check that the CNAME and TXT records match Studio exactly.
  • Wait for DNS propagation, then refresh status.
  • Remove conflicting records for the same hostname at your DNS provider.

Photos are not appearing

  • Check whether uploads are still processing.
  • Confirm the photos are placed in a gallery that is included in the published portfolio.
  • Republish after adding or reordering photographs.

Billing or Plus features look wrong

  • Open Billing in Studio to check the current plan state.
  • If a payment failed or a subscription ended, custom domains and other Plus features can be suspended until the account is eligible again.
  • Use the Stripe Customer Portal from Studio for payment method and subscription changes.

Still stuck

  • Open Support in Studio for live chat when it is available.
  • Email support@iso100.app with the portfolio, gallery, or photo involved, what happened, and any screenshot or browser message.
