Portfolio branding

Manage your logo, browser icon, and photo watermarks together under Portfolio → Branding in Studio. Browser icons and photo watermarks are included with Plus.

On this page

Browser icon

A browser icon, also called a favicon, identifies your portfolio in browser tabs and bookmarks. With Plus, open Browser icon and upload an SVG, PNG, or JPEG up to 2 MB, or use a copy of your portfolio logo.

Choose the square framing when using your logo and check the small previews on light and dark backgrounds. Simple shapes remain clearer than long names at this size.

The icon is an independent copy. Replacing your portfolio logo does not update it automatically. Free portfolios use the ISO100 browser icon; Plus removes that default even if you do not add your own.

Photo watermarks

With Plus, open Photo watermark and enable it. Choose text, a copy of your portfolio logo, or an uploaded PNG or SVG up to 2 MB. Adjust the color, position, size, and opacity while comparing the light and dark sample photos.

Choose All photos or For-sale photos only. Watermarks appear on larger viewing images, including lightbox images. Covers, grid thumbnails, originals, purchased files, and other downloads stay watermark-free.

A logo watermark is an independent copy. Use latest logo to replace it after changing your portfolio logo. Watermarks add visible attribution; they do not prevent screenshots or copying.

Save and publish

Save changes to keep your settings in the portfolio draft. Publish to make them live. A new watermark design prepares viewing images across your portfolio; wait for preparation to finish before publishing.

Preview as often as you like. Apply a new watermark design once a day, with 24 hours between designs. During that period, Studio shows when another design can be applied. You can turn watermarks off or change which photos use them at any time, then publish those changes.

If a browser icon still looks unchanged after publishing, check a private window or another browser: icons can remain cached.

Open Studio to make the change.
