ISO100 is operated by Alias Labs Pty Ltd. References to ISO100 in these terms mean the ISO100 service operated by Alias Labs Pty Ltd. Alias Labs' company website is https://alias.io.

Using ISO100

ISO100 is a portfolio-first photography service. You are responsible for the photographs, captions, names, links, and other material you upload, enter, or publish through the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of your photographs and other content. You must only upload or publish content you own, created, licensed, or have a lawful right to use and share.

License to operate the service

You grant ISO100 a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, cache, resize, crop for previews, render, display, transmit, and otherwise process your content only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, support, and improve ISO100.

If you choose to publish a portfolio or gallery publicly, this license includes serving processed public display photos and metadata on your public ISO100 portfolio pages.

Showcase use

ISO100 may feature public portfolios or galleries in ISO100-owned marketing, social, email, App Store, and product preview surfaces only when the account or publish settings allow that use. ISO100 will not sell your photographs as stock images, prints, merchandise, standalone image licenses, NFT-style assets, or unrelated advertising inventory.

Service surface

• Free public portfolios are served on username.iso100.photos.
• Public pages use processed display variants, not original uploads.
• Plus adds custom domains, higher limits, portfolio stats, password-protected galleries, and removal of ISO100 branding from published portfolio pages.

Prohibited activity

You may not use ISO100 to host illegal content, infringe rights, harass others, distribute malware, evade rate limits, interfere with the service, or misrepresent your identity or rights in a work.

Content rules and sensitive adult content

Your use of ISO100 must follow the ISO100 Content Policy. ISO100 allows only limited sensitive adult content: non-sexual adult artistic, documentary, editorial, or fine-art nudity, where every depicted person is an adult and you have the rights, consent, and legal authority needed to publish the work.

You must enable sensitive adult content before publishing this work and mark affected photos accurately. ISO100 may classify, restrict, blur, unpublish, remove, suspend, preserve records, or report content where needed to enforce policy, respond to reports, protect people, or comply with law.

Removal and suspension

ISO100 may remove content, unpublish portfolios, suspend access, or preserve records when needed to enforce these terms, respond to legal requests, investigate abuse, protect the service, or comply with law.
