ISO100 is operated by Alias Labs Pty Ltd. References to ISO100 in these terms mean the ISO100 service operated by Alias Labs Pty Ltd. Alias Labs' company website is https://alias.io.

Using ISO100

ISO100 is a portfolio-first photography service. You are responsible for the photographs, captions, names, links, and other material you upload, enter, or publish through the service.

Plus subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

Plus is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually through Stripe. The price, currency, billing interval, and any introductory discount are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. A discount applies only for the period stated in the offer; the standard subscription price applies afterward.

You can manage your payment method and schedule cancellation in Studio under Billing > Manage billing. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next subscription charge. Scheduled cancellation normally leaves Plus active until the end date shown in Billing. Canceling a subscription is separate from deleting your account.

When Plus ends, your account returns to Free. Portfolio content and drafts remain stored. Connected custom domains stop serving the portfolio, password-protected galleries are excluded from the Free public version, and the ISO100 address becomes the fallback public address. Free presentation and branding apply. Uploads or later publishes may be blocked if you exceed Free limits. New photo purchases stop; existing purchases retain their download window.

For subscription billing errors or refund requests, contact support@iso100.app with your account email and the relevant payment details. Scheduling cancellation does not itself refund earlier payments. Refund requests are assessed in light of the circumstances and applicable consumer rights. Domain registration and renewal are separate from the Plus subscription.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. This protection applies to ISO100 subscriptions as well as photograph purchases.

Your content

You keep ownership of your photographs and other content. You must only upload or publish content you own, created, licensed, or have a lawful right to use and share.

License to operate the service

You grant ISO100 a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, cache, resize, crop for previews, render, display, transmit, and otherwise process your content only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, support, and improve ISO100.

If you choose to publish a portfolio or gallery publicly, this license includes serving processed public display photos and metadata on your public ISO100 portfolio pages.

Discovery use

New portfolios have discovery enabled by default. While discovery is enabled, you allow ISO100 to index, categorize, rank, and display eligible public photos and their public metadata in ISO100-owned discovery features. Enabling discovery prepares the portfolio for these features and does not mean a public discovery feature is currently available.

You can disable discovery for the portfolio or exclude individual photos. Disabling discovery stops the portfolio or photo from being eligible for discovery, but does not affect hosting, stored analysis records, or other processing needed to operate the service.

Showcase use

ISO100 may feature public portfolios or galleries in ISO100-owned marketing, social, email, App Store, and product preview surfaces only when the account or publish settings allow that use. Showcase permission does not authorize ISO100 to sell your photographs as stock images, prints, merchandise, standalone image licenses, NFT-style assets, or unrelated advertising inventory. Separately, you may explicitly enable licensed digital download sales from your portfolio as described below.

Showcase permission is separate from discovery and from the public license or rights notice attached to a photo. You can turn showcase permission off at any time. ISO100 will stop new featuring and remove the portfolio from active showcase surfaces within a reasonable operational period. Already-sent emails and previously published posts may remain. Backups and cached copies are removed under normal retention and expiry practices.

Photograph download sales

Plus photographers may explicitly enable licensed digital download sales for eligible photographs. The photographer is the seller and retains copyright. ISO100 provides the tools to prepare the download, present the offer, record license acceptance, and deliver the purchased file.

When you enable sales, you authorize ISO100 to prepare and retain the selected download files and previews, process the purchase, and deliver the files under the license you selected. Original uploads are delivered unchanged and retain embedded metadata. This authorization is separate from discovery and showcase permission.

Sellers must have the rights and permissions needed to sell each photograph and grant the offered license, provide accurate prices and descriptions, complete required payment and tax setup, and provide a working buyer support address. Sellers are responsible for responding to purchase, licensing, and refund questions and meeting applicable legal obligations.

Payments are processed through the seller’s connected Stripe account. ISO100 takes no commission. Stripe processing and applicable tax-service fees apply. Prices shown to buyers include applicable tax.

Free downloads

With an active Plus plan, you may offer free photo and gallery downloads from unlisted or password-protected galleries. You must have the rights to share the photographs under the selected license. By enabling downloads, you authorize ISO100 to prepare and deliver the selected files. Original uploads retain embedded metadata, including EXIF and GPS information where present.

Free originals are limited to 25 MB per photograph. Free individual photos and gallery ZIPs share a 25 GB monthly transfer allowance per account, resetting on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC. New free downloads are unavailable when the requested file or ZIP exceeds the remaining allowance. Paid downloads do not count toward this allowance.

Purchase licenses and downloads

Buyers must accept the displayed purchase license and download terms before payment. A purchase grants only the permissions in that license; it does not transfer copyright or grant rights held by other people. Changes to a photo, price, or license do not change the file and license recorded for an existing purchase.

Download access lasts 90 days after confirmed payment. Save the file within that period. The purchase link is private and grants access to anyone who holds it; do not publish or share it.

Purchased files may be retained and delivered during the download window after the photographer deletes, replaces, or unpublishes the photo, closes the account, or ends Plus. Access may be restricted for content or legal reasons. Transaction and license records may be kept separately for accounting, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations.

Contact the seller for payment, licensing, and refund questions. A full refund ends future download access; a partial refund retains access, and a dispute suspends it while unresolved. Previously issued file links can remain usable briefly. These technical access rules do not determine whether a buyer is entitled to a remedy.

Nothing in these terms or a purchase license excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Service surface

• Free public portfolios are served on username.iso100.photos.
• Public pages use processed display variants, not original uploads.
• Plus adds custom domains, higher limits, portfolio stats, password-protected galleries, and removal of ISO100 branding from published portfolio pages.

Deleting content or your account

Deleted photos and galleries normally remain in Recently deleted for 30 days. You can restore eligible items during that window, subject to your plan limits. Restored photos return as drafts. Keep your own copies of photographs and other important material.

Account deletion unpublishes your portfolios and starts account-access revocation, subscription cancellation, and cleanup. Final deletion of ordinary account and portfolio data is scheduled after a 30-day retention period; completion can take longer while cleanup or billing cancellation is pending. This retention period is not a promise that a deleted account can be restored.

Deletion does not immediately erase every copy or record. Purchased files may remain available during their existing download window. Financial, license, security, abuse, and legal records may be retained separately where needed. Cached copies, backups, and copies already obtained by other people may outlast the public page. The Privacy Policy explains these retention distinctions.

Prohibited activity

You may not use ISO100 to host illegal content, infringe rights, harass others, distribute malware, evade rate limits, interfere with the service, or misrepresent your identity or rights in a work.

ISO100 may limit, throttle, restrict publishing, suspend access, or require changes to accounts that create unusually high bandwidth, storage, traffic, or infrastructure usage, especially where that usage affects service reliability, security, cost, or other users. Where practical, ISO100 will contact you before applying a material restriction.

Content rules and sensitive adult content

Your use of ISO100 must follow the ISO100 Content Policy. ISO100 allows only limited sensitive adult content: non-sexual adult artistic, documentary, editorial, or fine-art nudity, where every depicted person is an adult and you have the rights, consent, and legal authority needed to publish the work.

You must enable sensitive adult content before publishing this work and mark affected photos accurately. ISO100 may classify, restrict, blur, unpublish, remove, suspend, preserve records, or report content where needed to enforce policy, respond to reports, protect people, or comply with law.

Removal and suspension

ISO100 may remove content, unpublish portfolios, suspend access, or preserve records when needed to enforce these terms, respond to legal requests, investigate abuse, protect the service, or comply with law.

If you believe a moderation or account restriction is mistaken, email abuse@iso100.app with your account email, the affected URL or photo reference, any decision reference, and the reason you believe it should be reviewed. Do not attach suspected illegal imagery. You can request a staff review of an automated decision. Restrictions may remain during review where needed for safety or legal reasons.
