Portfolio owner responsibility
ISO100 users must only publish photographs and materials they own, created, licensed, or have a lawful right to display. Public license or rights notices help viewers understand reuse terms but do not transfer ownership to ISO100.
Sending a copyright notice
To report alleged infringement, email copyright@iso100.app with enough information for ISO100 to identify the work, locate the reported ISO100 URL, understand your rights claim, and contact you.
- Your name and contact details.
- The copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The ISO100 URL or portfolio where the material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
Counter-notices
If content is removed because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal was mistaken, contact copyright@iso100.app with the removal reference, your contact details, the affected URL, and your basis for the counter-notice.
Repeat infringement
ISO100 may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly publish content without adequate rights.
