Upgrade to Plus

  1. 01Open BillingIn Studio, open Billing and choose Annual or Monthly.
  2. 02Select Upgrade to PlusStripe Checkout collects and processes payment details. ISO100 does not ask you to enter card details directly into Studio.
  3. 03Return to StudioAfter Checkout completes, Billing shows Plus and its current status. If the plan does not update, reload Billing before starting another checkout.
Card statements show ALIAS LABS, the product operator.

Manage payment or cancel

  1. 01Open Billing > Manage billingISO100 opens the Stripe Customer Portal for the subscription linked to the account.
  2. 02Make the change in StripeUpdate the payment method, view billing information, or schedule cancellation in the portal.
  3. 03Check the status in StudioWhen cancellation is scheduled, Billing shows Canceling and the date Plus ends. Plus features normally remain active until that date.

What happens when Plus ends

ISO100 does not delete portfolio work because a subscription ends. The account becomes Free, and an already published portfolio is converted to the Free public presentation.

  • The username.iso100.photos portfolio remains the fallback public address.
  • Connected custom domains are suspended and stop serving the portfolio.
  • Password-protected galleries are excluded from the Free public version until Plus is active again or password protection is removed.
  • The public portfolio uses Free display-image limits and the Made with ISO100 footer.
  • The custom favicon is not used by the Free public version; the ISO100 favicon is used on the username portfolio.
  • Portfolio content and Studio drafts are preserved.
  • If stored galleries, photos, published photos, or storage exceed Free limits, uploads and later publishes can be blocked until the account is within Free limits or Plus is restored.
Review private sharing before cancellation

If someone depends on a password-protected gallery or custom-domain link, plan an alternative before the Plus end date.

Return an over-limit account to Free limits

  1. 01Check Dashboard or BillingReview current Photos, Galleries, and Storage usage against the Free limits.
  2. 02Reduce published photos first when possibleMake photos Draft if they should stay in the library but no longer need to be public. This reduces published-photo usage but not stored-photo count or storage.
  3. 03Remove gallery placements or galleries carefullyRemoving photos from one gallery leaves them in the library. Deleting a gallery leaves its photos in the library. Use those distinctions to avoid unnecessary data loss.
  4. 04Delete only content no longer neededDeleting a photo is permanent and removes it from every gallery. Keep your own originals and verify cover usage first.
  5. 05Publish the revised Free portfolioOnce Studio shows the account within limits, preview and publish changes.

Payment or entitlement problems

  • If Billing shows Needs payment, open Manage billing and correct the payment method in Stripe.
  • If Checkout completed but Plus is not active, reload Billing and avoid paying a second time. Contact support with the account email and approximate checkout time if it still does not update.
  • If Plus was restored, reactivate a suspended custom domain from Portfolio and check its DNS status.
  • Never email full card details. ISO100 support does not need a complete card number or security code.
