Add or change a password
- 01Open Add password or Change passwordAccounts created with a social sign-in can add a password. Existing password accounts must enter the current password before changing it.
- 02Choose a unique passwordUse at least 12 characters with uppercase, lowercase, and a number. Do not reuse a password from another service.
- 03Confirm the new passwordEnter it twice and submit the change. If the current password is unknown, sign out and use Forgot password instead.

- 02Test itBefore disconnecting another method, sign in with the newly connected method in a separate browser or private window.
- 03Disconnect only when safeISO100 requires another sign-in method and will not disconnect the social provider used by the current session. Sign in with another method first.

- 01Open Forgot passwordFrom the sign-in screen, select Forgot password, enter the account email, and request a reset.
- 02Enter the reset codeOpen the reset message, return to New password, and enter the code and a new valid password.
- 03Try the connected provider if appropriateIf the account normally uses Google or Apple and has no password, use that connected sign-in method instead of repeatedly requesting password resets.
Delete the account
Account deletion immediately takes the portfolio offline, cancels an active subscription, disconnects custom domains, ends Studio access, and starts permanent deletion of photos and account data. It is not an alternative to temporarily unpublishing.
- 01Export anything you needKeep your own originals and copy any portfolio text or settings you will need elsewhere before starting deletion.
- 02Open Account > Delete accountThe account email must be verified. Select Send code and retrieve the code from the current email address.
- 03Confirm permanent deletionEnter the verification code, optionally provide a reason, and select Delete account.
Some records can be retained where required for legal, security, billing, abuse, backup, or operational reasons, but the customer account and portfolio are not recoverable through Studio.
Open Studio to make the change.
