Choose a display name, username, and bio

• Display name: use the photographer, studio, or project name that viewers should recognize.
• Public username: 3 to 30 characters and used in username.iso100.photos. Treat it as a durable public address.
• Bio: explain the work or photographer in a few useful sentences. The selected cover treatment determines whether it appears in the cover.

Enable the contact form

1. 01Enter Contact emailUse an inbox you monitor. The address is used to deliver inquiries and is not displayed on the public portfolio.
2. 02Add a Contact introductionOptionally add up to 300 characters that tell visitors what information is useful, such as location, timing, intended use, or project scope.
3. 03Save, preview, and testPublish the change, open the public portfolio, and send one test inquiry. Confirm that it reaches the expected inbox before relying on the form.

Add website and social links

1. 01Choose ProfileUnder Contact and links, choose the website or social service.
2. 02Enter the familiar addressA full URL is accepted. For several social services, a familiar handle is also accepted and normalized when saved.
3. 03Add and reviewSelect Add, then check the saved field. Include only profiles that are current and intended for public visitors.
4. 04Test after publishingOpen each footer link from the published site. A typo can lead visitors to an unrelated account.

Set the default rights notice

• All rights reserved is appropriate when no permission is being granted through the page.
• Creative Commons choices communicate a standardized reuse license. Confirm that the selected license matches what you intend to permit.
• Custom rights statement accepts your own public terms. ISO100 does not review them or provide legal advice.
• Copyright line is optional. When supplied, the public footer adds it before the rights statement.
• A license choice does not expose the private original or enable public downloads.

Use a custom browser icon

1. 01Prepare a square sourceUse a square SVG, PNG, or JPEG up to 2 MB. Keep the artwork simple enough to remain recognizable at small browser-tab sizes.
2. 02Upload under Browser iconSelect Upload, or Replace when an icon already exists. Use Remove to clear it.
3. 03Save and publishISO100 generates browser and Apple touch icon sizes during publishing. The uploaded source is not exposed directly as a public SVG.
4. 04Check browser cachingFavicons can remain cached after a successful publish. Open a private window or another browser before assuming the update failed.

Search results and shared-link previews

• Write a specific Display name and Bio instead of repeating generic phrases such as photography portfolio.
• Give each Public gallery a distinct name and description that reflects the actual series.
• Use accurate alt text; do not stuff locations, camera names, or keywords that are not useful to the image.
• Unlisted and password-protected galleries are marked not to be indexed.
• Changes reach search and social metadata only after publishing. Social networks can cache an older preview even after the page changes.

Portfolio permissions

• Show in search results allows search engines and search-based AI features to index the portfolio. Turning it off keeps the portfolio available to anyone with the link but publishes removal instructions after the next publish. Existing results may take time to disappear.
• Allow AI model training allows recognized AI training crawlers to access the portfolio. Turning it off publishes instructions that ask those crawlers to stay out. The instructions cannot stop crawlers that ignore them or remove copies already collected.
• Search indexing and AI model training are independent settings available on Free and Plus. Changing either setting does not update the live portfolio until you publish.
• Allow ISO100 to feature this portfolio permits use of public portfolios or galleries in ISO100 marketing, email, social, App Store previews, and showcase pages. Turning it off does not unpublish the site or change photo licensing.
• Allow sensitive adult content permits non-sexual adult nudity under the product policy. Sensitive photos are limited, blurred by default, and excluded from ISO100 marketing and showcases.
• If sensitive adult content is enabled, showcase permission is disabled. Remove, hide, or unmark sensitive photos before trying to turn the portfolio setting off.
