Import from Pixpa

Move finished photographs from Pixpa into ISO100 without publishing them immediately. Review the photos, edit any details, then import.

Choose your photo source

For photos stored in Pixpa Client Galleries, download the original-file gallery ZIPs using the steps below. For website galleries without a download option, use your local originals or backup.

  1. List the galleries to move

Open your Pixpa website and make a checklist of the galleries and photographs you want in ISO100. Save any titles and captions you need to recreate.

  2. Gather the photo files

Locate the uploaded photographs on your computer or backup, or export the edited images from your photo editor. If your only copies are in Pixpa, ask Pixpa support which photo download options apply to your website or client galleries before closing your account.

  3. Create gallery folders

Copy the finished images into separate folders named for each gallery. Check the files open and that every photograph on your checklist is included. Use the Lightroom guide below if you need export settings.

Prepare the files for ISO100

Upload the ZIP files exactly as downloaded. Select all photo and metadata parts from the same export together; you do not need to extract, rename, or combine their contents. The combined upload must fit the 250 MB limit.

ISO100 reads supported metadata and gallery folders, and uses ZIP names when a gallery download has no named folder. Check the proposed gallery names before importing. It leaves recognized smaller renditions and repeated files unchecked.

  1. Keep the original downloads

Save all ZIP parts and keep a backup. Select them together using Choose ZIP exports in Studio. If two ZIPs have the same filename, give one a distinct filename so both can be selected.

  2. Use a folder for loose photos

If the provider gives you individual files, choose the folder containing those files. You can use one subfolder per intended gallery, or assign the photos to galleries during review.

  3. Check the review

Review the photos, gallery names, captions, dates, and order. If a warning says files or export parts are missing, check your downloads and start a new import with the complete set. Do not confirm both copies of the same import.

  4. Choose finished image files

For local originals, export RAW edits as finished JPEGs in sRGB. Check Studio’s supported file types and limits. Website XML exports, videos, and metadata files alone are not photographs.

Preview the migration

Photographs and folder names can become ISO100 drafts. Theme settings, store orders, client-gallery controls, and website pages do not transfer.

Studio shows proposed gallery names, selected photographs, storage use, unsupported files, and plan limits before it prepares any ISO100 content.

  • Rename galleries or uncheck their photos before importing.
  • Deselect files that do not belong in the portfolio.
  • Check image quality before importing; a small web copy cannot recover the detail of your original.

Review and import photos

  1. Open the importer

In Studio, open Photos, open More, then select Import portfolio. An empty library shows Import portfolio directly.

  2. Choose Pixpa

Choose the platform, then select all downloaded ZIP parts together, or choose a folder of photo files.

  3. Review and import

Uncheck photos you do not want. Open a photo to edit its details, or choose Import photos without editing. Selected galleries are created with Public visibility but remain unpublished. To keep a gallery private when you later publish your portfolio, open Gallery details and set its visibility to Draft.

  4. Check before publishing

Review processing, crops, titles, captions, alt text, and gallery order. Publishing remains a separate action.

What remains at the source

ISO100 does not delete or modify the source account. Themes, custom pages, commerce, comments, followers, passwords, client activity, and domain settings are outside the photo migration.

Open Studio to make the change.
