Set your portfolio language
Choose the language of public portfolio controls and messages while keeping your own titles, captions, and biography.

Choose a language
- Open Portfolio details
Open Portfolio, then Portfolio details. Go to Preferences.
- Find Portfolio language
Choose the language visitors should see in the Language section.
- Save and preview
Save portfolio details and generate a preview. Check navigation, the contact form, and other public controls.
- Publish
Publish the draft when the language choice is ready for visitors.
What is translated
Portfolio language controls the public interface, including navigation labels and system messages. It does not change the Studio interface or translate your existing photographer-written text.
Write your name, introduction, biography, gallery titles, captions, custom menu labels, and other content in the language you want visitors to read. Review newly suggested photo descriptions before using them.
Fonts and mixed-language text
Choose a font with the characters your writing needs. If a custom font does not include a character, a fallback font can appear for that character.
Preview the actual words on desktop and mobile, especially when a title mixes writing systems.
If the live language has not changed
Confirm that you saved the language choice and published afterward. A preview can show the new draft while the public portfolio still shows the previous version.
Open Studio to make the change.
