Import from Flickr

Move finished photographs from Flickr into ISO100 without publishing them immediately. Review the proposed galleries and files before the normal upload begins.

Prepare your Flickr export

Use the ISO100 connection when commercial API access is enabled, or download your Flickr account data and original photographs before closing or changing the source account.

  • Choose the best available image quality or original files.
  • Keep each gallery in its own folder when the export does not include a recognized manifest.
  • Keep the source portfolio active until the ISO100 drafts have been checked.

Preview the migration

Albums, ordering, titles, descriptions, tags, and available original files can be mapped when the export supplies them.

Studio shows proposed gallery names, selected photographs, storage use, unsupported files, and plan limits before it prepares any ISO100 content.

  • Rename or deselect galleries before continuing.
  • Deselect files that do not belong in the portfolio.
  • A web-size source may be suitable for display but is not presented as an archival original.

Prepare private drafts

  1. Open the importer

In Studio, open Photos, open More, then select Import portfolio. An empty library shows Import portfolio directly.

  2. Choose Flickr

Choose the platform, then upload the export ZIP or select the organized folder.

  3. Review and prepare

Confirm the selected galleries and photographs. ISO100 creates unpublished draft galleries and adds the files to the normal upload review.

  4. Check before publishing

Review processing, crops, titles, captions, alt text, and gallery order. Publishing remains a separate action.

What remains at the source

ISO100 does not delete or modify the source account. Themes, custom pages, commerce, comments, followers, passwords, client activity, and domain settings are outside the photo migration.

Open Studio to make the change.
