Photo uploads
Upload photographs once, then use them across portfolio and gallery surfaces without duplicating the original file.
What ISO100 does with uploads
ISO100 stores the original upload privately and prepares public display variants for published pages.
Public pages are built around display photos so portfolios stay fast and originals are not exposed as public files by default.
Metadata to add
- Title and caption for viewer context.
- Alt text for accessibility and search clarity.
- Location, date, camera, and lens where they support the photograph.
- License or custom rights statement when viewers need reuse guidance.
Upload troubleshooting
- If a photo is still processing, wait and refresh its status before publishing.
- Photo uploads must be JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, HEIF, or TIFF files up to 100 MB.
- If an upload is rejected, check the Studio error message, file size, file type, and whether the photo can be processed.
- If a replacement photo is needed, upload it as a new version so public pages can point at the new processed variants.
