Create a page
Open Content in Studio. Choose Add, select Page or Post, enter a title, and write your content. Use the toolbar for headings, bold, italic, links, lists, and photographs.
Use the sidebar to browse sections, pages, and links. Select Blog to open its settings and posts. Back to Content returns to the main list. On mobile, Back to Content returns to the list. New pages are included on the next publish once they contain text, a photo, or a contact form. New posts have Keep as draft turned off. Select it to keep an unfinished post out of the next publish. Preview checks your current edits; Save changes in the fixed footer saves that entry.
Edit About and Contact
About and Contact are included with Free. Open Content and select a section to edit its title, Show on site setting, and content. About contains your biography and gear; Contact contains your inquiry email and introduction. These sections appear on your portfolio’s main page.
The contact email receives portfolio inquiries and does not change your account email. Turning off Show on site removes the section and its menu link on the next publish. Your content and settings are kept.
If you already use a separate page for About or Contact, choose Edit separate page to change it, or Use portfolio section to restore the original section. Restoring the section keeps the custom page; manage that page’s visibility separately. A draft, deleted, or unavailable replacement falls back to the original section only when Show on site is enabled.
Choose what goes live
When a page is ready, clear Keep as draft in the footer if you selected it, then save and publish your portfolio. Saving alone does not change the live site.
Draft pages are excluded from the published site, menu, and sitemap. If you mark a live page as draft, it stays live until you publish that change. Empty pages without a contact form are also omitted.
Publish a blog post
Choose Add in Content, then Post. New posts have Keep as draft turned off. Select it to keep an unfinished post out of the next publish. Add your writing and photographs, choose a thumbnail, clear Keep as draft, and save. Publish your portfolio to make the post live.
Set the blog appearance
Select Blog in Content, then open Appearance. Choose a preset or customize the cover, typography, background, and post grid. Check Desktop and Mobile, then save. Blog appearance is independent of your portfolio appearance.
Add photographs and format text
Choose Add image to select a public, non-sensitive photo from your library. The picker excludes draft, unlisted, blocked, and restricted photos. You can also replace an image already in the page.
Use paragraphs and headings to structure your writing. Repeated empty paragraphs collapse to one on paste and save, and leading or trailing blank paragraphs are removed. Normal line breaks within text are preserved.
Include a contact form
On a page, select Include contact form to add a form below the content. Blog posts do not show contact forms. Add your contact email in Content → Contact first. Page forms use the shared contact email and introduction.
Forms can appear on multiple content pages and on the main page at the same time. Photo inquiries open Contact on the main page, or its separate replacement page if you selected one, regardless of menu order.
Save and publish
Save changes saves the current entry. Section, link, and navigation saves leave unrelated Portfolio edits alone. Publish updates all saved portfolio changes. Saving alone does not change your live site.
If someone changes the same page while you are editing, Studio asks you to reload before saving. Copy any edits you want to keep before reloading.
Delete removes the entry from your working portfolio after confirmation. Publish to remove it from the live site.
Open Studio to make the change.
